The company has reported that the confirmed unauthorized access was limited to September 21. It identified the source of the issue and completed the necessary corrective measures on September 26.

3. Precautions for Guests
Regarding Suspicious Messages:
Suspicious messages may be sent via messaging apps such as WhatsApp, as well as email or text message. These messages may ask you to confirm your reservation, re-enter your credit card information, or make an urgent payment, directing you to fraudulent websites. If you receive any such messages regarding your hotel reservation, please exercise caution and do not follow any instructions or click on any links they contain.

If you receive a suspicious email or message claiming to be from the reservation management system or one of our properties, please take the following precautions and do not act on the message:

・Do not click any links in the message.
・Do not enter your credit card details or other personal information.
・Do not reply to the message.
・Do not make any payment or transfer money as instructed in the message.
・To verify your reservation, contact the hotel where you are scheduled to stay or the booking platform you used through its official customer support channel.

If you have entered your credit card information on a suspicious website, please contact your card issuer promptly. Please note that the reservation management system affected by the unauthorized access does not itself store or process credit card information.

We once again extend our sincere apologies for the concern and inconvenience caused to our guests.

Should any new information become available, we will provide updates on this page.
